The person that i admire for their emotional intelligence is a person who wrote a lot of short stories showing a different way to proceed in what he did. It was no close to me but I think that what i had read about he, is enough to say that he was a writer with emotional intelligence and specially, he was too creative about making unusual histories and situations only from the daily stuff.
Julio Cortazar wan an argetinean writer that trapped the audience's hearts with his new way to write short stories. He practically created a new style of writing, the way he exposed his stories is like a parody of maybe a critic to the society, but the way he redacted this stories was the secret, he used to use imaginary characters in daily situations and describe anything in a way he just make us feel weird.
Theirs short stories are wonderful, he has stories like "Instructions to hang a clock", "Instructions to cry" or "the turtle and the lion", all this from his book cronopios and famas, but he also has long books separated in chapters, like his masterpiece "Rayuela", that is a book completely unusual, you can read it from the beginning to the end, of you can follow a sequence in the chapters, this means that the book was adapted to be different stories depending the order you choose you want to read the chapters, and this is what i think he did to be the person I admire, not just because he was an excellent writer, but the way he write and how bizarre it is...
